St. Catherine of Alexandria
Museum of the Convent of St. John the Baptist, Müstair, Switzerland
St. Catherine of Alexandria is identified by the sword, the crown, and the fragment of a spiked wheel at her left foot. In her legend the wheel was used a torture instrument without effect, so she was beheaded with a sword. The legend also states that she was a queen, hence the crown.
